South Blendon Vista apartments are a collection of one and two bedroom units in well designed three story buildings. All units feature built in washers and dryers, a one stall garage with door opener, central air, and window treatments. South Blendon Vista is brand new for 2021 and maintained by Koetje’s own maintenance staff.
Our location on the west side of Hudsonville on Grand Rapids southwest side is still just minutes from I 196 and M6 interchanges allows quick access to Grand Rapids and the lakeshore.

Monthly rent on all units includes:
- stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator
- washer and dryer in each unit
- central air
- window blinds
- all units have one stall garage
- water and sewer bills paid
- trash pickup
- snow removal and lawn care services
- walking trail
Rent is due on the 1st of each month; rent will be accepted with no penalty until the close of office hours on the 5th. After 5 pm on the 5th, a late fee of $25 plus $3 per day will be charged, until the rent is paid in full.

Please limit emergency calls to items that need to be taken care of immediately such as no heat, flooding, inoperable toilet in a one bathroom unit, or any item that is an immediate safety concern or will result in long term property damage if it is not taken care of immediately.

- Calls for tenants locked out of their unit will be charged a $75.00 lock out fee.
